2023 Regal LS36 — One Owner, Freshwater, Exceptionally Equipped

This 2023 Regal LS36 represents an outstanding opportunity to own Regal’s flagship luxury sport bowrider. Combining the open-air versatility and performance of a sport boat with the amenities, technology, and finish of a luxury day yacht, the LS36 is equally at home entertaining at the dock, cruising the shoreline, or spending a full day on the water.

This particular LS36 has had one owner since new, has been exclusively freshwater operated on the Great Lakes, and has approximately 75 hours on her twin Volvo Penta V8-350 EVC2 DuoProp sterndrives, delivering a combined 700 horsepower. Volvo Penta joystick docking makes close-quarters maneuvering remarkably intuitive.

The owner has further enhanced the boat with a professionally installed Dockmate remote docking system, representing an approximately $25,000 investment. Dockmate gives the operator wireless control while moving around the vessel, adding another level of convenience when docking, handling lines, or operating short-handed.

Her equipment package is extensive. Highlights include a Seakeeper 2 gyroscopic stabilization system, PowerBank lithium battery bank with smart inverter/charger, dual Volvo 16-inch glass cockpit displays, autopilot, B60 transducer, Garmin VHF, Volvo Penta joystick docking, digital switching, and premium stainless-steel upgrades.

Designed around entertaining, the LS36 offers expansive bow and cockpit seating, a cockpit teak table, electric grill, SeaDek flooring, cockpit television, RGBW accent lighting and blue underwater lights. Regal's PowerPlatform creates an exceptional connection to the water, while the PowerShade provides additional protection from the sun when desired. The boat also includes an aft Palm Beach enclosure with the white canvas package.

Finished in Steel Grey with a Newport Blue bootstripe and a Titanium/Newport Blue interior, she has a sophisticated, contemporary appearance that sets her apart from the typical LS36.

Just as important as the options is the ownership history. She has never left freshwater and has been stored indoors in heated storage every off-season. Annual service has been performed by Basa's Marine, including engine oil and filter changes, annual water-pump impeller replacement, seasonal engine and freshwater-system service, and a complete interior and exterior detail. Service records are available upon request.

With low hours, one-owner history, freshwater use, Seakeeper stabilization, Volvo joystick control, the $25,000 Dockmate installation, lithium PowerBank system, and an extensive factory equipment package, this LS36 offers a compelling alternative to ordering new—without waiting for a build.
