2023 Aviara AV40-OB – Freshwater Premium Spec (Table Rock Lake, MO)

If you are looking for the absolute pinnacle of day-boat luxury without the wait or price tag of a brand-new build, this 2023 Aviara AV40-OB is the cleanest freshwater specimen on the market. Meticulously kept on a custom lift in the beautiful, clean waters of Table Rock Lake in Branson, MO, this boat is loaded with highly sought-after upgrades and shows like new.

Powering this luxury cruiser are twin Mercury 600hp V12 outboards featuring Joystick Piloting (JPO) for effortless docking. With only 43 original hours on the motors, they are barely broken in.

Every major mechanical convenience has been checked on this build sheet:

• Power: Twin Mercury 600hp V12s with JPO (43 hours)
• Stabilization: SeaKeeper 3 with only 70 total hours (and a mere 29 actual sea hours) for rock-solid stability at anchor or underway.
• Auxiliary: Westerbeke generator with only 39 hours to run all your cabin systems flawlessly.

Standout & Custom Features:

• Custom Port Side Terrace Ladder: A brilliant, custom-engineered extra ladder that hooks directly to the fold-down port side terrace, completely transforming how you access the water.
• Entertainment & Comfort: Massive premium Klipsch stereo system pumping crisp sound throughout the entire deck, paired with an electric sunshade to escape the midday heat and 3 clear LCD TVs for game days.
• Gourmet Galley: Dual electric Kenyon grills built right into the wet bar area, making hosting large groups effortless.

This is a turn-key, freshwater-only luxury vessel ready for its next owner. The custom boat lift is also available for purchase separately if you are looking to secure a complete slip setup on the lake.
