INSTANT RECOGNITION
Even before you board a Z44 you’ll know that you are in the presence of something special due to the onlookers admiring her smooth curves and classic lines. When you see a Zeelander on the water you recognize it instantly; a Z44 cannot be confused with any other boat.
The Z44 is the very definition of good taste and traditional craftsmanship, combined with all the technical features that the modern world can offer.
The superstructure design revolves around a wealth of curves, including the aft wall, trimming and panels, all of which requires some 42 different molds. Each window in the hull is double curved, to follow the curved line of the hull and the same applies to the stainless steel railing, which doubles up as cleats. These are oval in shape and have cast end pieces and legs.
DRIVER FRIENDLY
The Z44 offers unparalleled ease of operation and functionality. Beautifully proportioned, her high bow provides protection against waves in high sea states while double chines deflect waves and add to the dryness of the decks.
We deliberately chose to give the Z44 a slightly lower top speed than some of its competitors – 35 knots instead of 40 – in order to ensure maximum comfort. The performance on open seas is significant and the smart design prevents slamming in waves.
This smooth ride means that everyone on a Z44 can truly enjoy the pleasures of the onboard experience. As soon as people understand how the joystick system works, anyone can drive the boat and dock her with ease.
PANORAMIC VIEWS
The facilities for sunbathing are fabulous but the Z44 is not a boat for sitting in the sun alone. Every passenger can take in the marine environment with the 360° panoramic views from the comfortable raised seating areas. An oversized sunroof converts the wheelhouse into an alfresco entertainment area that adds to the overall enjoyment of being in command of a Z44.
