Description and Walkthrough
This 2011 74' Ocean Alexander Motoryacht has the same specifications and hull design as the 78' Ocean Alexander that was introduced in 2012.
She is a 3-stateroom layout plus one crew cabin that sleeps two.Ā
This popular motor yacht has many custom interior features throughout. Some of these features you will not find on any other 74'/78' OA. Her aft deck offers seating for eight around a large, adjustable hi-gloss finished oval teak table. In addition, there is a refrigerator under the stairs to the flybridge, a stainless steel sink and faucet, pop-up aft engines, and bow and stern thruster controls. Her covered and wide side decks offer full walk-around access to the bow area. There are sideboarding doors aft and gates forward.Ā
Her double stainless-steel sliding doors give you access to a spacious Salon with a large custom-made L-shaped sofa with storage below. On the port side is a full entertainment center with a 40" Sony HD pop-up TV. Her starboard side Salon offers you a dry bar, glass storage, and an ice maker. A large teak hi-lo table with sofa are also situated in the Salon.Ā
Going forward, you pass a day head with a sink and a port light. Forward of the day head is a wine cooler under the stairway to the Flybridge. Forward on the starboard side is a U-shaped Galley that offers the amenities that are needed, including a dual dishwasher. Facing forward from the Galley is the fully-equipped Helm station with an electric adjustable Stidd chair. To the port side of the Helm is a dinette with storage and a chart drawer. To the starboard side of the Helm is the Companionway that leads to the foyer with a custom Onyx floor and to her three (3) staterooms and en-suite bathrooms.Ā
Before you enter the Master Stateroom, there is a large washer and dryer on your left side. Access to the Master Stateroom is through double doors. The full-beam Master offers a king-size berth with storage and nightstands. There is a large cedar-lined walk-in closet with shelving and a safe to your port side. This Master offers a full entertainment system, an additional closet, and a chest of drawers located on both port and starboard sides. Ā Her VIP and Guest Staterooms have en-suite full heads with granite flooring. Access to the crew for two (2) is from the Aft Deck or from the transom. The Crew Quarters offer a head with a separate shower, refrigerator, microwave oven, TV, and audio. Her Engine Room is behind a water-tight door.
The Flybridge with hardtop can be accessed from the Galley or from the Aft Deck. She has ample Flybridge L-Shaped seating and storage with two (2) custom adjustable teak tables, and a full-function Tender Davit.
