Will Beney grew up on Lake Geneva in Switzerland, where life revolved around the water. From a young age he learned how to handle boats with confidence, precision, and respect—skills that stayed with him long after he moved to the U.S. at 14.

Will started his career on the docks and quickly became known as someone clients could rely on—steady, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. He worked his way up to captain and continued playing rugby at a high level, sharpening the discipline, communication, and teamwork he carries into every client relationship.

After earning his degree from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, Will launched William Beney Yacht Management, now trusted with the care of more than 30 vessels across New York City and Connecticut. His hands-on service approach and understanding of how owners actually use their boats have made him a go-to resource for busy clients who want things done right the first time.
