The 1984 Jones-Goodell 96' - OCEAN PACIFIC -Built in 1984 by legendary Captain Pete Groesbeck, Ocean Pacific is the original expedition-style mothership, purpose-built to travel farther, stay longer, and access some of the most remote fishing and cruising destinations in the world. Over the past several years, her current owners have invested more than $3.5 million into an extensive refit, transforming her into a highly capable, expedition yacht. A detailed list of these upgrades is provided below.

Designed for serious adventure, Ocean Pacific carries 7,500 gallons of fuel and is powered by commercially rated 540 HP Cummins K19 engines built for continuous, long-hour operation. She is offered as a complete expedition package, including a custom-built 2020 32’ Icon aluminum center console, 15’ Boston Whaler, and Jet Ski, giving her the versatility to fish, dive, surf, and explore virtually anywhere.

Accommodations include five staterooms with nine total berths, a convenient day head, massive live bait capacity, and expansive fish holds that reflect her serious fishing pedigree. Whether exploring the remote coastlines of Alaska, chasing waves in Central America, or cruising destinations few yachts can reach, Ocean Pacific is built to do it all.

From Alaska to Panama—and far beyond—there are very few places Ocean Pacific can’t take you. This is a rare opportunity to own one of the most iconic expedition sportfishing yachts ever built, extensively refit and ready for her next adventure.
