A unique opportunity to own an exceptionally well-equipped 70’ Alaskan Motoryacht. Originally built as a 2012 model, this vessel named “Ohana”, was not placed into service until late 2020, offering the advantage of light wear with low hours. Powered by reliable Caterpillar C18 engines with only 835 hours, she is equipped for comfortable cruising, extended adventures, and confident operation. One of the standout features of this Alaskan is her impressive 19’6” beam, which creates an exceptional amount of interior volume and a level of spaciousness rarely found in a motoryacht of this length. “Ohana” features an impressive array of systems and upgrades, including dual Onan generators, stabilizers, bow and stern thrusters, a Glendinning Yacht Controller, watermaker, Spot Free RO system, Hull Shield, ElectroSea, and a complete suite of Garmin electronics at both helms. Every detail has been designed to enhance reliability, ease of operation, and onboard comfort. The spacious flush-deck salon, galley, and helm area create an open and highly functional living space with excellent visibility both forward and aft. These areas have been thoughtfully updated with refreshed seating, countertops, and appliances, providing a modern and inviting atmosphere for entertaining or relaxing underway. “Ohana" offers three comfortable staterooms, with three en-suite heads, and dedicated crew accommodations with two berths and a private head. Storage is abundant throughout, and the large engine room provides exceptional access to the engines and all major mechanical systems. The flybridge is perfectly suited for entertaining and enjoying extended time aboard, featuring air conditioning, a large aft deck, ice maker, refrigerator, sink, and grill. A davit supports the included 14’ AB RIB tender with a 50hp Suzuki outboard, making exploring anchorages and waterfront destinations effortless. With efficient cruising capability between 8 and 12 knots and the ability to reach speeds of 20+ knots at wide-open throttle, this Alaskan Motoryacht offers the ideal balance of range, performance, comfort, and versatility.
